Swimming Trust

Corporate support

How you are seen by your competitors and how you work with the communities is important to your employees, customers and stakeholders. By working together we can help you position your business and make a positive impact on the lives of people across the UK.

If your organisation wants to put something back into your community, we would love to work with you.

The benefits of swimming can be enjoyed by anyone of any age or ability. Our programmes are designed to encourage healthy lifestyles, develop good personal values, improve academic performance and for some, provide escape from poverty.

With your help we can provide opportunities to more people so that they can enjoy a skill for a lifetime.

The Swimming Trust believes that its partnerships with businesses should be mutually beneficial. Our corporate partnership team are committed to developing and managing projects that deliver results. We will work with you to ensure that your project gets the individual attention it deserves.

A partnership with the Swimming Trust can provide:

  • Effective PR and media coverage;
  • Measurable results against strategic objectives.
  • Improved staff morale and development;
  • Increase in sales/market share, and;
  • A legacy for the people involved and their community.

We have developed strong working relationships with our delivery partners, which include the Amateur Swimming Association, local authorities, schools and voluntary groups and networks, so that funds are directed to where they will have most benefit.

Some of our national programmes are here.

Meet our corporate fundraiser

James Male

James Male has been with the Swimming Trust since 2011 and heads up our corporate partnership team. He is a former World Rackets Champion (2001-2005) and since retiring from the sport has become a keen swimmer.

He spent 20 years working in the financial services industry, initially in the insurance business and then in investment banking. Over that time he built up relationships with large UK and international companies as well as a number of high net worth individuals. With that knowledge he is ideally placed to spearhead our fundraising efforts and to further develop our donor base going forward.
